The 5-year strategic plan of Stem Cells Center affiliated with Afzalipour Medical Hospital of Kerman, Kerman University of Medical Sciences includes a process of organizations ordering and goal realization which is one of the most important management measures. Planning is a good opportunity for organizations to define their major goal policies and execution methods to achieve a perspective of the organization. Planning will primarily cause a growth in the personnels' knowledge, abilities, and capabilities, find new methods and resources and make the using of data for organizational development possibile. On the other hand, putting the personnel on the way of planning may increase their awareness of the goals, methods, and resources and increase their level of cooperation on the process of conducting the plans. The suitable monitoring and evaluation tools are formed and the correction and evolution will occur using the given feedbacks. Finally planning may define a logical and real path on the way of organizations to realize their goals. We hope that compiling a long-term plan in the field of research may provide an opportunity for educating and creating abilities to cooperate and utilize practical tools.

We decide to use the groundwork laying and facility development to provide an appropriate field for conducting research in the Molecular, Pathology, Cell Culture and Cell Therapy with emphasis on university sustainable development in the field of health, specifically cancers.
